Ronak Patel has held senior and lead roles in Software Development over the last 10 years, for companies of various industries and sizes.
In 2008, Ronak started his career at IBM in the Global Business Services group implementing smart meter data management systems for utilities. While at IBM, he helped build an automated outage management system that interfaced realtime smart meters with mainframe systems.
In 2013, Ronak joined Waterfall, a mobile messaging start-up, as the Lead Platform Engineer. There he expanded the platform to include seamless messaging over social media services and helped scale up the platform to handle large SMS campaigns.
In 2014, Ronak joined ReIntent, an automated contact enrichment and sales prospecting start-up, as the Lead Software Engineer and first hire. At ReIntent, Ronak built an automated, scalable solution that powers contact enrichment for large enterprises such as S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Ronak holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
