Lisa has over twelve years of legal expertise in counseling technology companies on contracting, risk and compliance. She started her career at Xerox Business Services, advising on contract matters for a $1 billion technology services agreement with the State of Texas. She then joined Apple in 2014, where she focused on commercial and technology transactions, and was instrumental in the successful launch of the Apple Watch. Before joining SpyCloud, Lisa established and led the legal department at TrendKite, a public relations technology company acquired by Cision in 2019.
In her role as VP, Legal & Compliance at SpyCloud, she oversees all aspects of the company’s legal and regulatory affairs, including commercial contracting, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, and serves as a strategic advisor to the entire leadership team.
Lisa holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors/Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
