Leah Burk serves as SpyCloud’s Chief Operating Officer, recently elevated to the role after more than five years of driving operational excellence across the organization as SVP, Revenue Operations. In her expanded capacity, Leah continues to lead Revenue Operations and Enablement plus now oversees Product Solutions, Support, and Customer Success functions that together shape how SpyCloud delivers and sustains value for its customers and partners.
Leah joined SpyCloud in 2020 as Director of Revenue Operations and quickly progressed through VP to SVP before her promotion to COO, a trajectory that reflects both her impact on the business and her ability to build operational infrastructure that scales. Her work spans the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline management and forecast accuracy to customer retention and product adoption with a consistent focus on turning data into decisions and processes into outcomes.
Prior to SpyCloud, Leah held several leadership roles at WP Engine, Zenoss, and Lifesize, where she led global teams and drove initiatives including CRM transformations, sales compensation design, multi-currency rollouts, and pricing strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked as a pricing consultant at Dell and as a process engineer in manufacturing – experiences that shaped her rigorous, systems-level approach to problem-solving.
Leah holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and is based in Austin, Texas. Her leadership philosophy centers on building operational structures that generate usable, meaningful data and using that data to make better decisions for the business and the people within it.
