AUSTIN, Texas – May 19, 2026 – SpyCloud, the leader in identity threat protection, today announced the promotion of Leah Burk to its first-ever Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this expanded role, Burk will oversee all customer success functions in addition to revenue operations, driving alignment across the full customer lifecycle.

Burk steps into the role after more than five years at SpyCloud, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, where she built the company’s operational backbone and drove GTM efficiency and sustained growth. In her expanded role, she will oversee Customer Success, Product Solutions, Operations, and Enablement – extending her reach directly into the implementation, onboarding, and technical advisory services that define how SpyCloud customers experience the platform across all verticals and geographies.

“Leah has built the operational foundation that powers SpyCloud’s growth. Extending her leadership into customer success is a natural evolution to ensure that our identity threat protection solutions are delivered exceptionally well to the businesses that rely on us to protect their workforce, customers, and supply chain from emerging threats.”

Before joining SpyCloud in 2020, Burk held leadership roles at WP Engine, Zenoss, LifeSize, and Dell, where she built and led global teams responsible for forecasting, CRM administration, pricing, and sales enablement.
