Jennifer Parker-Snider

Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Parker-Snider currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of SpyCloud. She has over 30 years of global financial and operational leadership with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, legal and risk compliance, human resources and revenue operations. Her responsibilities and scope have ranged from early stage, fast growth start-ups to publicly traded, multinational organizations including Apple, HP and Arthur Andersen.

She has worked in the cybersecurity industry for 20+ years, notably in network security and SaaS-based fraud prevention for the global enterprise. Prior to joining SpyCloud, Jennifer was Chief Financial Officer at NSS Labs, a cybersecurity research and testing company. Before NSS Labs, Jennifer served as Vice President at Click Security as well as Director of Worldwide Sales Operations for HP’s Enterprise Security Products Group. Jennifer joined HP through its acquisition of 3Com and previously TippingPoint Technologies, where she served as Director of Finance. Prior to her two decades in cybersecurity, Jennifer led finance teams for Apple, Inc. in Australia, Singapore and Cupertino, California and worked at Arthur Andersen in the Strategic Valuation Services Group in Chicago, Illinois.

Named a Top 25 CFO of Austin for 2024, Jennifer was also been named Cybersecurity Executive of the Year in 2022 from the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards. She was on the Advisory Board of Women@Austin and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central Texas, as well as being an in-school teaching volunteer on entrepreneurship.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Farmer School of Business of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
