Leah has nearly twenty years of experience in operations, combining engineering/manufacturing experience with revenue operations. She is passionate about building an operational structure through processes and guidelines that will yield usable data that feeds detailed analytics for informed business decisions.
Prior to joining SpyCloud, Leah led operations teams for Lifesize, Zenoss, and WP Engine. She also has considerable experience in building pricing models and discounting strategies from her time supporting pricing optimization across the client products at Dell Technologies. Early in her career, she worked as a research & design engineer for Pactiv and supported a new factory launch for Dell. At SpyCloud, Leah oversees the revenue operations for marketing, sales, and customer success plus sales and partner enablement, sales compensation, and order management.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, going for a jog around Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX, playing piano, and cooking the perfect meal to compliment any new additions to her husband’s wine collection.
Leah holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
