Innovating to Disrupt Cybercrime
We invite you to attend our in-person Customer Advisory Board meeting as part of a hand-picked group of cybersecurity pros we trust to help us shape our product direction while we share what’s working in the fight to disrupt cybercrime.
Held in Austin, TX from Oct 7-9, our meeting will include learning from the experiences of other customers, exchanging best practices for leveraging SpyCloud, and sharing advanced looks at our newest products and approaches for preventing, remediating, and investigating identity attacks. We have some truly disruptive capabilities in the works, and we’re excited for your feedback and ideas.
Our CAB meeting is not designed to have you seated all day at a conference room table. We’re creating an interactive, get-out-of-your-seat agenda – with your input – that leaves plenty of time to form relationships with peers that will benefit you well beyond this CAB.
SpyCloud is pleased to coordinate and pay for your flight, two nights’ lodging at the South Congress Hotel, as well as meals and transportation expenses associated with this meeting.
Austin in October is beautiful – so our social time and meals will be outdoors (covered).
If you decide to stay a couple extra days on your own, we recommend checking out the Austin City Limits music festival, taking place Friday through Sunday after the CAB!

Please Read Before RSVP’ing
SpyCloud’s Customer Advisory Board is a diverse, representative group of customers that help us expand and adapt our offerings to meet current and future challenges. This council acts as a sounding board for Product Management and company leadership, and gives SpyCloud an opportunity to test ideas, preview business plans, and solicit feedback that will shape our strategy and product roadmap. Expect an interactive group that collaborates on shared ideas around thought leadership, industry trends, drivers and challenges.
You will realize value and benefits in a variety of forms, with an exclusive opportunity to:
- Establish relationships with other CAB members, discuss your security challenges, and source new ideas to solve them
- Have your voice heard and ideas integrated into SpyCloud’s initiatives
- Preview and influence our strategic direction through collaboration with SpyCloud executives and product managers
- Get a clear picture of SpyCloud’s vision and product roadmap and gain early access to new products and features
Each member of the SpyCloud Advisory Board has been hand-selected by SpyCloud’s executive leadership and is exclusively invited to be a member. Substitutions will be considered on an as-needed basis; please confer with your SpyCloud contact.
Participation in the CAB is voluntary and offers selected customers an opportunity to convey their insights and recommendations to SpyCloud.
The CAB will schedule future touchpoints for the full group and/or smaller subcommittees. There may also be some pre-event and follow-up questions/discussions by email or conference call.
- Active participation in meetings, conference calls & relevant work streams as requested within a period of up to 12 months
- Respond to surveys/questionnaires prior to, during or after the in-person meetings
- Advocate for SpyCloud in a variety of formats, including online product reviews, case studies, webinars, speaking engagements, analyst interactions, peer reference calls, and referrals
- Maintain confidentiality in order to promote the open exchange of ideas and information and to protect the privacy of members and their organizations
- Act under the assumption that everything discussed is TLP:RED (Not for disclosure, restricted to participants only)
- Complete a personal profile and bio for the membership kit
- Agree to share contact information within the group (optional but encouraged)
For in-person meetings, SpyCloud will cover lodging, meals and local transportation expenses for the length of the meeting, as well as airfare to and from the meeting, if allowed by the member’s company policy.
