SpyCloud utilizes third party vendors to provide portions of our web portal solution. We perform a risk analysis on every vendor and ensure that each vendor has a defined purpose. This risk analysis must result in, at a minimum, a security and privacy posture that meets SpyCloud’s industry-best standards. We use the following vendors to support our products:
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a hosting platform for consumer-facing production solutions. We utilize AWS data centers located in the United States.
Jira & Zendesk
SpyCloud uses these solutions to support and troubleshoot product-related issues.
Apiary
Apiary hosts the documentation for our software-as-a-service products.
Cloudflare & Prisma
SpyCloud uses these services to secures and manage all traffic to and from our production environment.
