Built for Visibility and Action in the Face of Compounding Identity Threats
With the changing of the seasons comes…changes to the SpyCloud dashboard!
With SpyCloud’s newly enhanced Enterprise Protection Dashboard solution, we help organizations reduce their risk of account takeover, ransomware, and other attacks by acting on known points of compromise before they can be exploited.
The redesigned dashboard gives security teams greater visibility into identity threats, with deeper insights and more powerful tools to prevent and respond to those threats quickly. Keep reading to see what’s new.
What Drove the Dashboard Redesign? Customer Feedback.
Over time, we’ve gathered customer feedback and identified areas of improvement for the useability and visibility of the enterprise dashboard. When we got to the drawing board, one key focus was to make it easier for customers managing multiple domains to zero in on specific areas of concern. We also wanted to add richer details to our high-level stats so that users can identify and prioritize the threats that matter most.
With these goals in mind, we embarked on a major dashboard overhaul, enhancing its ability to deliver insights and helping customers make faster, smarter decisions.
Key New Features of the Enterprise Dashboard
01
Targeted Insights with Domain-Specific Exposure Monitoring
Previously, insights were combined across all domains and subdomains on an organization’s watchlist. Now, with domain-specific filtering, you can narrow down your focus on specific areas of concern, allowing for quicker, targeted responses to critical identity exposures.
02
Timeframe Filtering for Data Exposure Events
The new timeframe filtering feature allows you to focus on the most relevant and recent threats, a notable improvement over the previous all-time stats view. By filtering data by specific timeframes, users can detect recent threats and respond proactively. This feature also supports reporting needs, with percentage change indicators that make it easier to track exposure shifts and evaluate changes in security posture.
03
Expanded, Actionable Stats for Deeper Insights
When expanded, these tiles provide additional context, including:
- The most recently exposed or infected employees
- Top infostealer families
- Leading breach sources
- The most reused passwords within your organization
This collapse-and-expand functionality applies to all tiles and enhances the data available while maintaining a clean and simple interface.
04
Automated Remediation Tracking
For customers using SpyCloud’s automated remediation tools, we’ve added a new tile that shows the results of their latest Active Directory scans. Teams can easily track how many compromised passwords SpyCloud has automatically reset, enabling them to rapidly remediate exposures and prevent account takeover and ransomware.
05
Enhanced Malware and Breach Filtering on Timeline
06
Identify and Mitigate Password Reuse Insights
Password reuse is a key factor in account takeover (ATO) and ransomware risks. Our new module tracks the percentage of employees reusing passwords and identifies the top offenders, enabling teams to address problematic trends and improve password hygiene. By using SpyCloud’s automated remediation solutions, your organization can also add reused passwords to a banned list, preventing weak and common passwords from being used.
07
Exposure Source Breakdown
Understanding where exposures are coming from is critical to managing risk. We’ve added a tile that breaks down the total number of sources your employees’ emails have appeared in, along with a detailed count of how many records are associated with each source type, including malware, third-party breaches, combolists, and phishing.
08
Enhanced Usability and Navigation
The watchlist events module has been redesigned to show more data at once. Instead of displaying 4 exposures, the updated table now shows up to 15, making it easier for customers to get a comprehensive view of recent events. This increased visibility allows for quicker and more informed decision-making because you can now scan more data at a glance.
Additionally, with this redesign, we’ve made it more intuitive to know what to do next – modules now include clear links that take you directly to the relevant pages for follow-up actions. We’ve also made it so that clickable elements are easily identifiable, streamlining workflows to help you navigate around the platform.
